REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Our return policy allows returns and exchanges of any bracelets or necklaces from regular collections within 30 days from the shipping date. This DOES NOT apply to PERSONALIZED items. If you are returning an order for a refund, $5.99 will be deducted from your refund for the original shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. PERSONALIZED JEWELRY
Personalized / custom made items sales are final.
However if for any reason the item does not satisfy you, please do not hesitate to contact us.
RE-SIZING
If personalized / custom made turns out to be of the wrong size, we apply the same policy as for repairs. You will need to send your bracelet back to us along with a $20.00 labor fee. Redesigned bracelet will be sent back to you within 14 business days from receiving your bracelet.
REPAIRS
Repairs are free within 30 from your purchase.
After 30 days $20.00 labor fee will apply.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THE SHIPPING COSTS TO US, HOWEVER WE WILL RETURN YOUR REPAIRED JEWELRY AT OUR COST.
DON’T FORGET TO SEND US YOUR NAME, EMAIL AND SHIPPING ADDRESS and a check or money order with your corresponding repair fee if it applies to you. Paypal/Venmo/Cashapp/Zelle payments are available upon request.
Privacy:
We have no access whatsoever to your payment information, in any of our payment options. It is all processed through PayPal.
